C262 GUH was new to National Welsh in March 1986. It was one of a batch of six, of which three were in National Express Rapide Livery.
It was mainly used on the Cardiff-London service although was also used on other National Express routes.
In early 1992 it passed to Rhondda Buses with the demise of National Welsh and for a short time was either used on the Cardiff London route and also on the Traws Cambria 701 South-North Wales daily working.
Then in August 1992 the coach passed to Edwards coaches where it remained until January 2015 firstly as a front line touring coach then in later years it was up seated to 70 and used on schools
Since January 2015 it has been extensively rebuilt including original seating, toilet and livery which is still ongoing.
